Our Ballroom and Latin Dance programs are customized to fit each individual client. Each person has different needs and goals: getting ready for a wedding, learning how to do social dancing,  maybe a weekly date with your partner, or experiencing the thrill of competition.

There are no extended plans or contracts.

We teach people how to move with the music, train their bodies to dance, not just moving their feet,  and most importantly, how to connect with your partner.

  • PrivATE AND PERSONAL TRAINING

    Lessons are "one on one" sessions with Galina.

    This is the most direct way to learn, as the main focus is on partnership, the body position and balance. You learn how to connect, follow and/or lead your partner.The minimum number of lessons recomended is one private session per week in order to absorb and retain information.

  • DANCESPORT & PERFORMANCE PROGRAMS:

    These programs of personalized instruction are geared for the student who prefers a challenge, who uses dance as a sport and wants to focus on goals of achievement. This is a more intense and higher level of learning.  The student trains for competitions, performing and attending dance events. Having the goal to compete can be a wondefull test of ones progress, and exhilerating at the same time. This is called Dancesport.


    Levels start at beginner to the Gold level.

    Competitions are nation wide. Many of them are in the New England, NY,and NJ areas.
